By purchasing a Little Sun, you support their social project. This raises money to make solar lamps and chargers available at affordable prices in impoverished areas of Africa. It provides a clean alternative to expensive and toxic fuel-based lighting.
Little Sun started as a small social enterprise to create a portable solar-powered lamp for people in areas of Ethiopia without electricity. Today, the scope has greatly expanded, and the foundation also focuses on product development and environmental education.

About Olafur Eliasson

Olafur Eliasson is a Danish-Icelandic sculptor and installation artist known for his works with light, water, and temperature. He primarily focuses on the relationship between technology and physical phenomena such as movement and reflection, and he tries to incorporate these elements into his artistic concepts.
He was born in 1967 in Copenhagen and spent his youth in both Denmark and Iceland. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts from 1989 to 1995 and, after graduating, established a studio in Berlin. His work is included in many private collections and museums, such as the Guggenheim in New York and the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art.

We aim to deliver your order quickly. Orders placed on weekdays before 4 PM will be shipped the same day, unless otherwise stated. Sometimes delivery may be delayed, for example if a product is out of stock. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible and you can cancel if you wish.

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free from €39,-, otherwise it costs €3.95. Returns are free. In Belgium and Germany, shipping is free from €49,-, otherwise it costs €3.95, and returns cost €3.95.

Returns within the Netherlands are free. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, using the MyParcel email where you can create a return label. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to a PostNL point. You will receive the full order amount back, excluding shipping costs to the customer. The product must be returned with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the return. For other European countries, a return fee applies, calculated via the MyParcel link.
