Delivery and Delivery Times
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 16:00 will be shipped the same day (unless a different delivery time is stated on our website).
It may happen occasionally that we are unable to meet this requirement. For example, if a certain product is not in stock, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If we are unable to meet the promised delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible and indicate the delivery time as accurately as possible. If this is going to take too long for you, we will give you the option to cancel the order and we will credit the amount to you.
Orders within the Netherlands are delivered free of charge from €39,-. Below this amount you pay €3,95 shipping costs. Returns within the Netherlands are always free.
Orders in Belgium and Germany are shipped free of charge from €49,-. Below this amount you pay €3,95 shipping costs. For returns from Belgium and Germany you also pay €3,95.

Within the Netherlands, delivery is via PostNL postman or parcel deliverer. In general, delivery will take place the next delivery day between 9:00 and 18:00. But always within 2 delivery days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Once we have prepared your package for shipping, you will receive an email from our carrier MyParcel with a Track&Trace code, with which you can track your shipment. This email also contains a link to return your order and create a shipping label.
