Returns

Returns within the Netherlands are free. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. This is very easy via the email that you received from our carrier Myparcel. This email contains a link with which you can create a return label. We will then automatically receive a message that your order has been cancelled.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You must hand in the package with the return label for this at a PostNL point. You will then be credited the full order amount. Any shipping costs for orders from us to the customer will not be credited.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and -if reasonably possible- in the original condition and packaging will be returned to us. We will then refund the order amount due as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your return shipment.

Returns within the Netherlands are free. For other countries within Europe a contribution applies. These are automatically calculated for you when returning via the link in the email from MyParcel. See the table below for the shipping and return costs for other countries.
