Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing any reason. This is very simple via the email you received from our shipping partner Sendcloud. The email with the delivery status contains a link to the return portal. Here you can register your return and download a return label. We will automatically be notified that your order has been cancelled.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. To do so, you must drop off the package with the return label at a PostNL point. You will be credited the full order amount. Any shipping costs for orders from us to the customer will not be credited.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your return shipment. For returns within the Netherlands, a postage contribution of €3.95 applies. For other countries within Europe, a contribution applies as stated in the table below. These are automatically calculated for you when returning via the return portal. See the table below for shipping and return costs for other countries.
