With the leather lanyard you can take your Memobottle hands free everywhere. The lanyard is made of full-grain leather, the edges of which are stitched and treated. It is suitable for all sizes of the Memobottle.

Maintenance
The leather does not need to be cleaned regularly. However, with a little maintenance from time to time, its lifespan will be extended. We recommend spraying the leather with protective leather spray before first use. Clean the leather with a damp cloth, and always make sure it is dry before storing.
Do not use soap or other cleaning products. These will damage or remove the protective oils from the leather.

We aim to deliver your order quickly. Orders placed on weekdays before 4 PM will be shipped the same day, unless otherwise stated. Sometimes delivery may be delayed, for example if a product is out of stock. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible and you can cancel if you wish.

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free from €39,-, otherwise it costs €3.95. Returns are free. In Belgium and Germany, shipping is free from €49,-, otherwise it costs €3.95, and returns cost €3.95.

Returns within the Netherlands are free. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, using the MyParcel email where you can create a return label. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to a PostNL point. You will receive the full order amount back, excluding shipping costs to the customer. The product must be returned with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the return. For other European countries, a return fee applies, calculated via the MyParcel link.
