Delivery:
Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day (unless a different delivery time is stated with the product on our website). As soon as your package is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, with which you can track your order. Delivery is via PostNL from Monday to Saturday. Normally the next delivery day, but always within 2 delivery days. For more information about delivery click HERE .
Returns:
Returns are free. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. This is very easy via the email that you received from our carrier Myparcel. This email contains a link with which you can create a return label. We will then automatically receive a message that your order has been cancelled.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You must hand in the package with the return label for this at a PostNL point. You will then be credited the full order amount. Any shipping costs for orders from us to the customer will not be credited. For more information about returns click HERE.
