This beautiful board game contains both a chessboard and a checkerboard, with the corresponding playing pieces. It was designed by Thai designer Panisa Khunprasert for the collection of MoMA, Museum of Modern Art. This game stands out with its design in vibrant colors and striking graphics. The double-sided board serves as a lid for the wooden box, in which the playing pieces are stored.

MoMA
The Museum of Modern Art was founded in 1929 in Manhattan, New York and has since become one of the leading museums for modern and contemporary art. Four months after its opening, a small shop was opened in the lobby. This eventually led to the creation of a MoMa collection with carefully selected products that fit within MoMa's vision of good design. In doing so, they contribute to the democratization of good design at any price.

About the designer
Panisa Khunprasert grew up in her family’s toy business in Thailand. These experiences have had a profound impact on her work. After earning an MFA in Product Design from The School of Visual Arts in New York, Khunprasert returned to the family business where she now works as a toy and game designer.

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free from €39,-, otherwise it costs €3.95. Returns are free. In Belgium and Germany, shipping is free from €49,-, otherwise it costs €3.95, and returns cost €3.95.

Returns within the Netherlands are free. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, using the MyParcel email where you can create a return label. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to a PostNL point. You will receive the full order amount back, excluding shipping costs to the customer. The product must be returned with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the return. For other European countries, a return fee applies, calculated via the MyParcel link.
