Blue Herring Royal Delft | Flower Scales | Delftware

Blue Herring is an ode to the Dutch traditions of herring and Delft Blue. It is a design by the Dutch designer duo Chris Koens and Ramon Middelkoop for the earthenware factory Royal Delft. The result is a beautiful eye-catcher for the wall. With the included wall mounting with instructions, you can easily hang it on the wall. Thanks to the rubber stopper, which fits exactly into the hole on the back, you can easily clamp the Blue Herring and hang it straight.

Bleu Herring is available in 6 different variants, each with its own beautiful Delft Blue decoration. Mesdag's Fleet shows a typical Dutch landscape with ships sailing on the water, inspired by the landscape paintings of Hendrik Willem Mesdag. Combine it with one or more Blue Herrings from the collection, such as Mesdag's Fleet, Dragonfly Flower, Art Deco, Flower Bed and Peacock Scales.

About Royal Delft

Royal Delft is also known as Porceleyne Fles. This earthenware factory has been creating high-quality Delft Blue products since 1653. It is the only remaining 17^th-century earthenware factory in Delft that still produces traditionally hand-painted porcelain.
The artisanal painting is still central, but over time, various techniques have been added. For example, the transfer process is widely used, where an image is printed on the ceramic using a screen print. This creates a high-quality product that is more affordable than the hand-painted collection.

We aim to deliver your order quickly. Orders placed on weekdays before 4 PM will be shipped the same day, unless otherwise stated. Sometimes delivery may be delayed, for example if a product is out of stock. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible and you can cancel if you wish.

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free from €49,-, otherwise it costs €4,95. Returns cost €3,95. In Belgium and Germany, shipping is free from €69,-, otherwise it costs €4,95, and returns cost €4,95.

Returns within the Netherlands cost €3.95. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason via the email from our shipping partner Sendcloud. This email contains a link to the return portal, where you can create a return label.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product at a PostNL point. You will receive the full order amount back, excluding any shipping costs to the customer. The product must be returned with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the return shipment. For other European countries, a return fee applies, calculated via the Sendcloud link.
