The Braun BC09 is a practical Digital Alarm Clock, equipped with many functions. For example, it is radio-controlled, so that it always shows the correct time. The DCF signal from the Frankfurt Atomic Clock provides the correct time 4 times a day. It is suitable for countries with the Central European Time Zone within a radius of 1,500 km around Frankfurt: this includes the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Denmark, Switzerland, Northern Italy. The radio-controlled function can also be switched off for use in countries where the radio-controlled signal cannot be received, and the clock can be set manually.
