Candlestick Clean Cut 7 Blue | Bertjan Pot

Clean Cut Candlestick is a design by Bertjan Pot for the Dutch design label Buro Berger. This wooden candlestick is handmade in Slovenia and is available in 3 different sizes and 3 different colors: natural beech wood, or stained in blue or orange.
The repetitive and sleek cutouts in a simple block of wood create a mathematical pattern that is very decorative. The Clean Cut 7 is the largest size and holds 7 candles.

Bertjan Pot

The Dutch designer Bertjan Pot is best known for Random Light. He designed this round sphere of fiberglass threads in 1999 for Moooi. But several of his designs have been included in the collections of Moooi and other brands such as Hay, Arco, Gelderland, and Moustache.
The starting point of his designs is usually research and study into a material. Out of curiosity, Bertjan Pot begins to experiment and, with or without manufacturers, takes on challenges to explore the possibilities of the material and push the boundaries.
