Hikaya scented candles are handmade in the Netherlands using natural soy wax. They are completely free of paraffin or other harmful substances. The aromas of the various candles are fully absorbed into the soy wax through a patented production process to ensure an even scent. Delivery:
Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day (unless a different delivery time is stated with the product on our website). As soon as your package is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, with which you can track your order. Delivery is via PostNL from Monday to Saturday, normally the next delivery day. Within the Netherlands, delivery is free from €39. Below this amount you pay €3.95 shipping costs. Returns within the Netherlands are always free.

Returns:
Returns within the Netherlands are free. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. This is very easy via the email that you received from our carrier Myparcel. This email contains a link with which you can create a return label. We will then automatically receive a message that your order has been cancelled.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You must hand in the package with the return label for this at a PostNL point. You will then be credited the full order amount. Any shipping costs for orders from us to the customer will not be credited.
