Water or fingerprints can cause stains on brass. This will develop a natural patina over time. This does not affect the strength of the material and does not need to be removed. Returns within the Netherlands are free. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. This is very easy via the email that you received from our carrier Myparcel. This email contains a link with which you can create a return label. We will then automatically receive a message that your order has been cancelled.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You must hand in the package with the return label for this at a PostNL point. You will then be credited the full order amount. Any shipping costs for orders from us to the customer will not be credited.
