Waterworks is a natural irrigation system for plants. The loose cone can be used as an addition to the Waterworks Set. Use different sizes for different seasons. Or use the Waterworks cone with a beer bottle as a water reservoir. This design by the Dutch design label House of Thol makes caring for your houseplants very easy!

Waterworks Set

The Waterworks Set consists of a terracotta cone and a glass bulb as a water reservoir. The terracotta cone makes a natural connection with the surrounding soil and roots, and ensures a continuous water supply to your plant. The glass reservoir makes it easy to see when it needs to be refilled. Use Waterworks for the pots you already have and go on vacation with peace of mind.

About the Terracotta cone

The cone is available in 3 “sizes”: small, medium and large. The difference lies in the glazed part of the cone. With less glaze (and thus a larger porous surface), the plant will receive more water. The choice of the correct cone depends on the type of plant, its size and the season.

• Small: more glaze/small porous surface for plants that need little water
• Medium: suitable for most plants (80%)
• Large: less glaze/large porous surface for large and thirsty plants

The Waterworks set comes with one cone of your choice. The cone is also available separately. For example, order an extra cone in a different size to change seasonally. Or use a beer bottle as a water reservoir. The diameter of the cone fits most beer bottles well, allowing you to give your special bottle a new function.

How does it work?

• first soak the terracotta cone in water until it is saturated
• gently push the moist cone into the soil near the roots of the plant
• fill the glass reservoir with water and place it in the cone. Refill the reservoir when it is empty.
  

We aim to deliver your order quickly. Orders placed on weekdays before 4 PM will be shipped the same day, unless otherwise stated. Sometimes delivery may be delayed, for example if a product is out of stock. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible and you can cancel if you wish.

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free from €49,-, otherwise it costs €4,95. Returns cost €3,95. In Belgium and Germany, shipping is free from €69,-, otherwise it costs €4,95, and returns cost €4,95.

Returns within the Netherlands cost €3.95. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason via the email from our shipping partner Sendcloud. This email contains a link to the return portal, where you can create a return label.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product at a PostNL point. You will receive the full order amount back, excluding any shipping costs to the customer. The product must be returned with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the return shipment. For other European countries, a return fee applies, calculated via the Sendcloud link.
