About Royal Delft

Royal Delft is also known by the name Porceleyne Fles. This pottery factory has been creating high-quality Delft Blue products since 1653. It is the only remaining 17th-century pottery factory in Delft that still produces traditional hand-painted porcelain.
The artisanal painting work is still central, but over time, various techniques have been added. For example, extensive use is made of the transfer process, where an image is printed on the ceramic using screen printing. This results in a high-quality product that is more affordable than the hand-painted collection.
