The Flip Classic by Lexon is a digital alarm clock you turn over to switch the alarm on and off. ON side up and the alarm is set, OFF side up and it is off. No menu, no hunting for a button in the dark: you see at a glance whether it will go off in the morning. Tap it and the display lights up for four seconds — that same tap is the snooze.

A design that has lasted more than ten years

The Flip comes from the British designers Adrian and Jeremy Wright and won the Red Dot “Best of the Best”. This Classic is the revised version: the same reversible idea, but with a rechargeable battery and a display you can dim yourself.

Charging twice a year

The battery charges over USB-C and is full in four hours. After that it lasts up to six months, depending on how often you tap for the light. The display shows how much charge is left, so it will not run out unexpectedly. The USB-C cable is included, the adapter is not.

Three brightness levels, and the date too

You can set the brightness of the screen to three levels, from just readable to clearly visible. The screen is off by default: it only lights up when you tap it, and goes out again after four seconds. That way there is no distracting light on your bedside table at night, but you can see the time whenever you want to. Besides the time, you can also show the date.

Lexon is a French design brand founded in 1991 that works with designers from all over the world. The Tykho radio from that collection is part of the permanent collection of the MoMA in New York. The starting point is always the same: simple operation, a recognisable silhouette, and a price in proportion.

We aim to deliver your order quickly. Orders placed on weekdays before 4 PM will be shipped the same day, unless otherwise stated. Sometimes delivery may be delayed, for example if a product is out of stock. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible and you can cancel if you wish.

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free from €49,-, otherwise it costs €4,95. Returns cost €3,95. In Belgium and Germany, shipping is free from €69,-, otherwise it costs €4,95, and returns cost €4,95.

Returns within the Netherlands cost €3.95. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason via the email from our shipping partner Sendcloud. This email contains a link to the return portal, where you can create a return label.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product at a PostNL point. You will receive the full order amount back, excluding any shipping costs to the customer. The product must be returned with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the return shipment. For other European countries, a return fee applies, calculated via the Sendcloud link.
