Wij streven ernaar uw bestelling snel te leveren. Bestellingen op werkdagen vóór 16.00 uur worden dezelfde dag verzonden, tenzij anders vermeld. Soms kan de levering vertraging oplopen, bijvoorbeeld als een product niet op voorraad is. In dat geval informeren we u zo snel mogelijk en kunt u desgewenst annuleren.
Binnen Nederland is de verzending gratis vanaf €39,-, anders kost het €3,95. Retourneren is gratis. In België en Duitsland is verzending gratis vanaf €49,-, anders kost het €3,95, en retourzendingen kosten €3,95.
Retourneren binnen Nederland is gratis. U kunt uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder reden annuleren via de e-mail van MyParcel, waar u een retourlabel kunt aanmaken. Na annulering heeft u nog 14 dagen om het product te retourneren bij een PostNL punt. U ontvangt het volledige orderbedrag terug, exclusief verzendkosten naar de klant. Het product moet met alle toebehoren en, indien mogelijk, in originele staat en verpakking worden geretourneerd. Wij storten het bedrag binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de retourzending terug. Voor andere Europese landen geldt een retourbijdrage, berekend via de MyParcel-link.
