Remember Storage & Laundry Basket Colombo | Large | Grey

The Colombo storage basket by the German brand Remember is made of cotton rope stitched together. This is the largest size: Ø 40 cm and 58 cm high, in grey and ecru with light blue handles. The natural look of the rope makes it a decorative object as much as a useful one, and an addition to your interior.

From magazine basket to laundry basket

Colombo will take whatever you want to keep in it. In the living room it works as a magazine basket or for storing cushions and blankets, in the bathroom for towels, and in the hallway for scarves and hats. The sturdy handles let you lift it without the shape collapsing, so it stands wherever you happen to need it.

Which model suits you

Colombo comes in three models. This is the largest size: Ø 40 by 58 cm high. It is tall enough to drop laundry into without having to bend over, which makes it the one of the three best suited as a laundry basket. The small one is 43 cm high by Ø 37 cm, which keeps it just below the seat height of a sofa — ideal for cushions or blankets. The low one, at Ø 50 by 27 cm, is the widest and lowest version: handy for children's toys, and just as good as a magazine basket.

Grey with ecru

Colombo comes in soft colours combined with ecru. This version is grey with light blue handles. Of the five versions this is the most restrained: grey and ecru are both neutral, and the light blue handles give it just enough colour to show it is a Remember.

Stitched cotton rope

The basket is built up from cotton rope sewn together in a spiral. That gives it enough body to stand up on its own while staying soft to the touch – there are no sharp edges and it will not damage anything it rests against. It is made of 100% cotton.

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free from €49,-, otherwise it costs €4,95. Returns cost €3,95. In Belgium and Germany, shipping is free from €69,-, otherwise it costs €4,95, and returns cost €4,95.

Returns within the Netherlands cost €3.95. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason via the email from our shipping partner Sendcloud. This email contains a link to the return portal, where you can create a return label.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product at a PostNL point. You will receive the full order amount back, excluding any shipping costs to the customer. The product must be returned with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the return shipment. For other European countries, a return fee applies, calculated via the Sendcloud link.
