The Heidibox is a little house with the sounds of the Alps that responds to movement. This version has a plain white acrylic front. Walk past and the sound begins — just over three minutes, and then it is quiet again.

What you hear

Cowbells in the distance, wind across a slope, birds and the sound of a mountain landscape where it is never entirely quiet. A motion sensor triggers the sound, and it also responds when the light goes on or off. Suitable for any room at home or in the office.

Two speakers, a different sound every time

The Heidibox is the only Relaxound box with two speakers, and you can hear it. One plays through three Alpine scenes in a fixed order. The second lays a random accent over the top every forty seconds, drawn from a set of thirty-two. As a result it almost never sounds the same — like a real mountain landscape, where sound comes from several directions at once.

A plain white front

The front is white acrylic, with no motif. That makes this the quietest of the three: where the alpine meadow shows at a glance where the sound comes from, this one keeps the surprise for the sound itself. Against a pale wall it barely stands out.

From the same range as the Zwitscherbox

The Heidibox has the same house shape as the Zwitscherbox by Relaxound, only a little larger. Where the Zwitscherbox plays birds, the Heidibox brings a whole mountain landscape indoors.

1% for the planet

1% for the planet asks companies to contribute to protecting the environment. Relaxound donates 1% of its annual turnover to two environmental organisations. In Germany that is the Bergwaldprojekt, which works to preserve and care for the forest. In India, where the production facility is based, part of the donation goes to Sadhana Forest: an ecological project that refills groundwater reservoirs so that food can be grown and villagers do not have to move to the urban slums. We aim to deliver your order quickly. Orders placed on weekdays before 4 PM will be shipped the same day, unless otherwise stated. Sometimes delivery may be delayed, for example if a product is out of stock. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible and you can cancel if you wish.

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free from €49,-, otherwise it costs €4,95. Returns cost €3,95. In Belgium and Germany, shipping is free from €69,-, otherwise it costs €4,95, and returns cost €4,95.

Returns within the Netherlands cost €3.95. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason via the email from our shipping partner Sendcloud. This email contains a link to the return portal, where you can create a return label.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product at a PostNL point. You will receive the full order amount back, excluding any shipping costs to the customer. The product must be returned with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the return shipment. For other European countries, a return fee applies, calculated via the Sendcloud link.
