Satellitebox Forest Rain | Little House with Nature Sounds | Relaxound

The Satellitebox is a small house with the sound of a single bird, or another calming sound from nature. This version plays the sound of rain in the forest. It has a front in blue-grey acrylic, a quiet shade that suits a rainy day. Walk past and the sound begins — a minute long, and then it is quiet again. The sensor also responds to light. The Satellitebox charges over a USB-C cable.

Forest rain

Rain in a wood sounds different from rain on a roof. The drops do not fall straight down but tap from leaf to leaf, so the sound is made of countless small taps rather than one steady hiss. There is no rhythm to it and no pattern, so it asks nothing of you — it covers other noises without drawing attention to itself. That is exactly why so many people find rain sounds calming, or fall asleep more easily to them.

On its own or with the Zwitscherbox

The Satellitebox has the same shape as the Zwitscherbox, only smaller. Where the Zwitscherbox plays a whole wood, the Satellitebox Forest Rain plays a single sound. Use it on its own, or combine it with the Zwitscherbox: then you hear the wood, with rain falling through the leaves underneath. Spread a few around the room and you have a soundscape of your own.

1% for the planet

1% for the planet asks companies to contribute to protecting the environment. Relaxound donates 1% of its annual turnover to two environmental organisations. In Germany that is the Bergwaldprojekt, which works to preserve and care for the forest. In India, where the production facility is based, part of the donation goes to Sadhana Forest: an ecological project that refills groundwater reservoirs so that food can be grown and villagers do not have to move to the urban slums. We aim to deliver your order quickly. Orders placed on weekdays before 4 PM will be shipped the same day, unless otherwise stated. Sometimes delivery may be delayed, for example if a product is out of stock. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible and you can cancel if you wish.

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free from €49,-, otherwise it costs €4,95. Returns cost €3,95. In Belgium and Germany, shipping is free from €69,-, otherwise it costs €4,95, and returns cost €4,95.

Returns within the Netherlands cost €3.95. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason via the email from our shipping partner Sendcloud. This email contains a link to the return portal, where you can create a return label.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product at a PostNL point. You will receive the full order amount back, excluding any shipping costs to the customer. The product must be returned with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the return shipment. For other European countries, a return fee applies, calculated via the Sendcloud link.
